Truth and Hope

If nothing else, out of these dreary months of electioneering, we have taken some hope.

We agree with Governor Palin that whatever happens will be God’s will.

We agree with her on most things and thus see in her the hope for a new Christian Republic, the Republic we were born to be.

Few, if any, media types and no politicians can acknowledge the simple fact that there was a massive flight from the GOP upon its declaration that it was now the Israeli Republican Party, and Congress was the Israeli Congress.

In Sarah Palin we see the hope for a return of Christian America, the hope that Christian Americans will take their country back.

Her detractors give us more than ample reason to want that country back. The anti-Christian moral anarchists who believe our founding faith is to be buried as deeply and permanently as possible, the recent immigrants who do not even know, have never made the acquaintance of Christian America (we cite Fareed Zakaria, George Soros, and overwhelming numbers of persons of other cultures), those committed to infant sacrifice (we note a group of Jewish women made a trip to Florida to convince their grannies to vote for Sen. Obama - evidently cherishing the demand for infant sacrifice over the support for Israel although we question there has ever been a single Jewish female Republican vote).

Then - too ridiculous- the emphasis on Mrs. Palin’s campaign wardrobe! How petty and very out of line. We remember that Barbara Bush remarked on the campaign trail that we saw her in coordinated outfits and probably for the first and last time because this was not really her.

But there we see the great detractors of Gov. Palin: petty, mean spirited, lacking all common sense and any grace whatsoever. If we must put up with them for a year or four, they will surely rally Christian America for a good cause, a true crusade.

We wonder the odds of Lloyds of London on a full Sen. Obama term?
