We note in the news that mega tons of manhole covers have been pried up from streets of New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Edinburgh and so forth. The perps have evidently been hundreds of thousands of ready thieves who are described as poor people who have drug problems.

Other than asking why all these junkies are at loose in society, we must note that to organize such an operation is truly masterful, worthy of a 9/11 mastermind

Perhaps we could launch board games requiring the planning and execution of the manhole cover and 9/11 operations and acquaint our population with the truly clever intelligence minds required.
