A Brief Briefing

(We do not celebrate Martin Luther King Day because we believe holidays should be limited to X number, of personal choice. We choose to celebrate George Washington’s birthday and Elizabeth Cady day.)

Re the family of man: we are all one family on this planet for an equal number of millennia.

Re skin color: we all came out of Africa. Skin color, hair, bodily characteristics , personal aptitudes have developed along the way from the initial emigration from Africa to the present. Kindly do not insult the educated and intelligent by suggesting we have not all had the same planet with which to deal. There is no one on this planet today who has no slave ancestors.

The truth may hurt, but step up to it. It is only in that way we will ever be free.

Kindly do not make political hay by suggesting some have been underprivileged. Most have not been as privileged as quite a few, but ”It is not in the stars but in ourselves that we are underlings..” If everyone seeks his/her own gifts and plans life on using those skills, aptitudes, we will not be harboring so many delusional people who think they have been kept down by race, color, creed, personal wealth.

Let us have affirmative action! Yes! Let us build up a superior civil service and academic structures with the best of the best, be they orange hermaphrodites.
